The wedding production fee of $13,500 includes:
- Thursday–Sunday use of the property
- 70-acre property with river access
- 40' x 40' tent and outdoor covered dining area
- Mobile bar (alcohol not included)
- Day-of vendor coordination, staffing, and security
- Storage, setup, and teardown
- Teak tables and benches, padded chairs, barn wood arch, wine barrels, party speaker, and dance floor
- Ample parking
The House Fee of $1,500 includes 3 nights' lodging for 8 people. On-site camping is permitted.
