- Access to the Event Hall, suites, and grounds from 10am–midnight (or 11pm Sunday–Thursday)
- Two dressing suites with mini fridges (stocked with water and soda)
- Pondside Dock and Outdoor Wedding Chapel
- Access to the Décor Closet
- Tables, chairs, and setup & teardown
- Pet-friendly!
Single-day rentals range $2,300–3,600; two-day rentals range $3,950–5,500 (not available Saturday/Sunday).

Add-on options include a room flip, early venue access, a 40'x60' white tent, fire pit & s'mores, carriage rides, fireworks packages, golf cart transportation, an in-house decorator, on-site lodging for 24, and much more!
