Rental Fee

The rental fee includes:
- Climate controlled event space with stained floors and rough-hewn wood walls
- Custom antique Edison bulb lighting (if desired)
- Wall switch-controlled oscillating fans
- Two TVs with USB or Bluetooth capability
- Tables & chairs for 100 guests
The fee for single-day use (8am–midnight) ranges $1,800 Sunday–Friday to $2,700 Saturday. For weekend-long use (8am Friday to noon Sunday), the fee is $4,500.
Add-on the dressing suite for $400.
