Rental Fee

The Garden Terrace rental includes an outdoor sound system as well as tables, chairs, and linens for up to 50 people.
The Top Level includes includes everything in The Garden Terrace PLUS access to the dressing suite and seating for up to 160 people.
Ceremony Fee
The Riverside Courtyard ceremony fee includes 2-hour access to the Garden Terrace & The Courtyard as well as ceremony benches and a large wooden arbor.
Package Prices
The Signature All Inclusive package includes:
- Private access to the entire venue
- Tables, chairs, and linens with setup & breakdown
- Customizable table centerpieces & arbor décor with setup & breakdown
- Two planning meetings & a one hour rehearsal
- DJ & bar services
- Cigar bar or various beverage bar options for the wedding party
