- 60'x40' white pole tent
- Decorative lights in the tent and on the property

Single day events range $2,800–3,500.
Two day events are a flat fee of $4,800 and include access Friday noon–Saturday midnight.
Full weekend events are a flate fee of $5,800 and include access Friday noon–Sunday noon.
