The rental fee includes:
- Exclusive 15-hour access to the room(s) rented on your wedding day
- Use of the Faulkner Room, covered porch, and waterfront walkway
- Two dressing rooms
- Catering prep space, 3 rolling bars, rolling ice bins, and ice machine
- Gas fireplace during winter months
- Tables, chairs, and black polyester linens
- Bar glassware (if using in-house bartending services)
- Portable sound system, including speakers and mics, and SmartTV
- Jefferson team member on-site, security officer, and setup & teardown
- Ample parking
- Discounted pricing for additional events/days (rehearsal dinner, setup, etc.)
Ceremony Fee
There is a $750 fee for an outdoor ceremony (waived if the entire venue is rented).
