The rental fee for a ceremony & reception is $5,500, which includes:
- Venue access from 8am–midnight (or until 11pm Sunday–Thursday)
- Two dressing suites: one set with mimosas & charcuterie board and the other with whiskey & cigars
- Wedding garden with gazebo and unique floral swing
- Ceremony & design coordinators, plus décor setup & teardown
- Indoor/outdoor grain bar and furnished cocktail patio
- Outdoor photo booth area, yard games, and staff-maintained bonfire
- Reception barn with draping and string lighting
- Antique furnishings, harvest tables, Chiavari chairs, and table décor & design pieces
- On-site staff, parking attendants, and end-of-event cleanup
Weekend-long rentals are $13,500, which includes access Friday 4–10pm, Saturday 8am–midnight, and Sunday 9am–noon, with the ability to host rehearsal dinner/farewell brunch on-site.
