This special package for up to 120 guests ranges $3,200–3,800 and includes:

Rental Fee
- $5,000–8,000/event
- Rental fee varies depending on:
- Day of week
- Time of year
- Type of event
The rental fee includes:
- 12-hour rental time (11am–11pm or noon–midnight)
- Two separate dressing areas
- Grand bar and bartenders
- Tables, chairs, linens, and setup & teardown
- Late-night shuttle service
- Venue manager
- Over 500 items of reception décor, including greenery garlands, vintage lanterns, vases, statement floral stands, and more!
Ceremony & reception rentals range $6,000–8,000.
Reception-only rentals are $5,000–6,000, and are available daily November–May and Fridays only June–October.

Menu pricing includes buffet dinner service. Appetizers and desserts are flexible—pick your own licensed vendor!
A $250 catering vendor buyout is available if an outside caterer is preferred.
Bar service is additional, with minimums ranging $1,500–2,000 depending on guest count.
