This expansive, artfully-renovated spot is actually two venues in one—an expansive first floor Ballroom and a spacious Rooftop Loft. The feel is big-city chic, but the pricing feels small-town accessible, with packages that include elevated furnishings, setup & cleanup, and a generous open catering policy, along with the option to add-on coordination.
- The 3 Ten Ballroom occupies the entire first floor, where you'll dine beneath original 1865 pressed tin ceilings and sparkling crystal chandeliers. Exposed brick and stone accents can be found throughout, along with a truly special handcrafted bar made with reclaimed wood. An adjacent private alley patio draped with café lights gives guests an easy getaway between spins on the dance floor.
- Upstairs, you'll find the awesome Rooftop Loft, with a patio that boasts views of the surrounding city, an intimate indoor space complete with beautiful dressing suites, and a street-level Atrium ideal for cocktail hours or smaller ceremonies. A private elevator and separate entrance keep this space private and independent from the rest of the building, and a customizable marquee sign with your names or initials adds a touch of playfulness to the occasion.

- 8 hours of event time, with setup starting at 10am
- All-day access to two getting ready suites
- Access to outdoor space, depending on venue (1,700 square foot patio for Rooftop Loft, and Alley Patio for Ballroom)
- Customizable LED downlighting and lighted neon marquee with couple's names
- Custom hand-built bar using reclaimed materials
- Wood harvest tables, custom whiskey barrel tables, wood Chiavari chairs, sweetheart loveseat, and outdoor furnishings
