- Your rental includes use of all the property’s spaces, allowing you total flexibility in planning your celebration’s layout and flow. Among your many options: a ceremony space in a Scotch pine forest clearing, a fabulous indoor/outdoor pavilion, and the beautiful White Oak Barn, which was constructed of regionally harvested wood.
- The resident Friesian horses make handsome subjects for your photos, and there are plenty of other perks, too, like a posh, finely appointed apartment-style dressing suite, and an elevated walkway that leads from the barn to a cozy fire pit for post-party relaxing.

Rental Fee
- $8,750–10,750/event
- Rental fee varies depending on:
- Day of week
The rental fee includes:
- 14-hour rental time (9am–11pm) with access to the 80-acre property
- Indoor & outdoor event spaces, including the Pine Cathedral, White Oak Barn, Pinewoods Pavilion, and a private courtyard
- Two furnished dressing suites
- Sound systems in all venues, plus a sound technician for 4 hours
- Golf carts, fire pit, and yard games
- Draping, chandeliers, and assorted reception décor
- Tables, gold Chiavari chairs, ceremony benches & chairs, and linens
- Access to the venue for engagement photos
- Day-of coordination and staffing for setup, teardown, and parking
If the day prior to your event is available within 90 days of the event, you may reserve it for an additional 6 hours for $3,500. An early start may be added for $300/hour.
