• Rental fees include:

  • Use of the event space for the contracted length of time (5, 7, or 9 hours, to be allocated as you choose)
  • Two dressing rooms
  • Bar setup and staffing (choose cash or hosted bar)
  • Custom lighting, including uplighting in your colors of choice, café lights, theatrical fixtures, and moving dance floor lights
  • PA system, speakers, microphones, and projection capabilities
  • Assorted in-house décor, tables & chairs, and setup & teardown
  • Theatrical poster boxes and marquee message to customize
  • Photo booth backdrop (choose in-house colors or BYO)

  Saturday | $2,900–3,400 | $1,700 bar minimum
  Friday & Sunday | $2,500–2,950 | $1,500 bar minimum
  Weeknights | $2,250–2,600 | $1,300 bar minimum
  Weekdays (until 2pm) | $1,350 for 5 hours | $700 bar minimum
