- Access to the venue 8am–midnight (Friday or Saturday) or 10am–10pm (Thursday or Sunday); reception-only rentals start at noon
- Venue coordinator and bartenders
- Open vendor policy
- Dressing suite with climate control
- Vineyard Atrium for al fresco ceremonies, with weather backup
- Next Chapter Pavilion and climate-controlled Barrel Room with tables, chairs, and setup & teardown
- Wooden ceremony doors, wooden arch, benches, and barrels
- Indoor & outdoor sound system, lighting, and string lights
- Patio deck, fire pit, and grassy area with lawn games

Ceremony & reception rentals of the Atrium, Pavilion, and Barrel Room range $4,000–7,000; reception-only rentals range $3,000–5,000. Available April–October.
Barrel Room ceremony & reception rentals range $2,000–3,500; reception-only rentals range $1,500–3,000. Available November–April.
