- The Center's stunning architecture draws inspiration from the Minnesota landscape, featuring wood and copper interiors as well as a 90-foot atrium ceiling with skylights to honor the Northern Lights. This exquisite event space is so lovely, it requires little decoration.
- Two all-inclusive packages can accommodate weddings of almost any size. Room options include the gorgeous Memorial Hall and the window-lined University Hall—both which overlook a landscaped patio— and the intimate Johnson Great Room, with its its stylish fireplace, and a small room for wedding party storage. University Hall Micro-Weddings | $3,000
Available daily for up to 50 guests (Saturday events must conclude by 1pm). Must be booked within 6 months of the event date.
- 3-hour rental of University Hall & Patio, with access 1-hour prior
- 1-hour ceremony rehearsal
- Wedding party room
- Storage access the day before
- Built-in terrazzo dance floor
- Wireless microphone, ceremony AV, audio connection, and house music
- 2 parking spaces on Walnut Street

There is a $2,500 food & beverage minimum on Fridays & Saturdays.
Off-Peak & Holiday Discounts
- From November–March, both venues offer up to $500 off the rental fee! Reception-only rentals of Memorial Hall during this period also may receive an additional $1,000 savings if not using Johnson Great Room.
University of Minnesota Alumni members can receive up to 20% off their wedding packages!

Memorial Hall | 400 people | $6,000–7,000
Includes use of Memorial Hall, Johnson Great Room (for ceremony or additional reception space), and the Fireplace Lounge. Access to the Heritage Gallery museum for guests to browse is also included.University Hall | 120 people | $4,000–5,000
Includes use of University Hall, Thomas Swain Room and The Commons, with an outdoor patio and water feature.
Ceremony Fee
If you choose to flip a room from ceremony to reception, there is a $300 fee for University Hall room flip a $500 fee for McNamara Hall.

Catering packages through D'Amico Hospitality typically include passed hors d'oeuvres, plated dinner, a wedding cake, coffee & tea, standard rentals, and tax and service charge.
