• Peak season (May–October) pricing ranges $3,750–7,750 for Standard packages, and $6,000–10,000 for Deluxe packages.

  Off-peak season (November–April) pricing ranges $2,250–4,000 for Standard packages and $4,500–6,250 for Deluxe packages.

  Standard packages include:

  • 3-day rental time (except Monday–Wednesday, which are single day rentals)
  • Full use of the main floor and lower level of the Musser Mansion
  • The Pavilion and both upper & lower grounds (not included in off-peak packages, November–April)
  • Dressing suite
  • Commercial kitchen and butler's pantry access
  • A/V system, bluetooth sound system, mics, and speakers
  • Tables & chairs
  • Fully-stocked bar with choice of open, hosted, or combo bar, plus 1–2 bartenders and 5 hours of service
  • Use of spaces for rehearsal + dinner, and Musser Mansion for post-wedding brunch (not included in weekday rentals)

  Deluxe packages include everything in the Standard Package, PLUS overnight lodging for up to 3 nights for 25 guests.
