Rental Fee

The rental fee includes:
- Exclusive use of the property, landscaped with seasonal flowers, potted plants, and lawns
- Two dressing rooms
- Choice of ceremony site, with benches, arch, draping, and barn doors
- Barn or al fresco reception with tables & chairs
- Day-of coordinator and event team
- Over 3,000 décor items to use for the event
- Playground & lawn games
- Access to the property for engagement photos

Saturday weddings include one-day access, 8am–11pm.
Friday weddings include access 8am–11pm on the wedding day and 3–9pm on Thursday for setup & rehearsal.
There are no minimums or hidden fees! The exclusive DJ is The Barn Boys.
