- This historic 1931 inn, built in the elegant Georgian style by renowned architect Albert Kahn, once overlooked Henry Ford's private airport. In 2025, a Ford-funded restoration effort brought the inn back to vibrant life, preserving stunning original details like the lobby’s checkerboard Italian marble floor, its green marble fireplace, Art Deco reception desk, and an antique clock.
- Dance the night away in the Alexandria Ballroom, built specifically to honor Ford's passion for ballroom dancing. Shimmering original crystal chandeliers are suspended from the 18-foot ceilings, and an adjacent pre-function room with a grand piano adds refinement to your cocktail hour. Five replica Colonial homes are a lovely option for the wedding party: built contemporary with the inn, each honors a historic American figure, and thanks to their spread across the property, provide plenty of privacy.
- Their exceptional halal menus are a real perk, each customizable to your preferences (definitely ask about their signature mocktail bar, too!), along with more traditional menus inspired by Clara Ford's love of gardening and fresh food. If you'd prefer, there's also a generous list of approved outside caterers, including a special Sangeet package. The scale of the hotel makes it especially well-suited to cultural celebrations and weekend-long gatherings, with 12 event rooms, complimentary parking, and a free daily shuttle to the Henry Ford.
