Rental Fee

The rental fee varies depending on the day of the week, season, and event year, and includes:
- Access to the venue noon–11PM
- The Circ, Lounge, and Roof Deck (until 8:30pm) and Rabbit Hole
- Venue coordinator
- Bar staff, security, and setup crew
Add-ons include signature cocktails, champagne tower, tables & chairs, linens, cake cutting, use of the Mural Courtyard & Railway Patio, and more!
Rental fees through 2027 range $7,000–9,000; 2028 pricing ranges $7,700–9,500.
Meals (when priced separately)

Buffet menus typically start at $75/person, and include appetizers, entrées, and sides, plus plates & silverware.
