Rental Fee
- $1,900–2,500/event
The rental fee includes:
- 3-hour private patio access for a waterfront ceremony
- 7-hour celebration from cocktail hour to last song, with access starting at 9am for setup
- Overnight stay in a waterfront guest room on the wedding night, set with champagne
- Ceremony rehearsal, chairs, lectern, and microphone
- Private bar
- Coffee station and cake cutting
- House centerpieces with floating candles
- Sound system, microphone, and slideshow equipment
- Tables, gold Chiavari chairs, white linens, napkins, skirting, and standard rentals
- Setup & teardown

November–April | $1,900

- $49/person and up
Meal pricing includes passed and displayed hors d'oeuvres, family-style, plated or buffet entrées, sides, and a sweet delights platter.
Bar service is additional, starting at $8/person per hour.
