The rental fee includes:

- 8am–8pm access to the Wedding Cottage

- Lawn games, fire pit, vintage tables & lounge furniture, lighting, and indoor & outdoor bars
- Access to hundreds of items of complimentary décor in the Stonegate Boutique
- Catering prep kitchen with private entrance
- Security, staffing, and month-before event planning meeting
One-day rentals range $4,600–6,900, with the option to add-on the Manor House for $400.
Two-day rentals range $9,500–11,700, and include arrival at noon the day before the wedding with an overnight stay in the 3-bedroom Manor House.
Weekend rentals range $15,800–16,000 and include access to the entire Estate from 9am Friday to 9pm Sunday, including overnight lodging for two nights and the ability to host a rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch on-site.
