Rental Fee

• $500–2,000/event
• Rental fee varies depending on:

• Rental fees include:

  • 5-hour room rental
  • Day-of coordination
  • Cake cutting and service
  • Servers and bartender
  • Tables, black Chiavari or black dining chairs, china, glassware, linens, and napkins
  • Setup & teardown

  Add-ons include rental of the deck ($750 for 5 hours), additional bar ($250), and specialty linens.

Ceremony Fee

• $800–1,200/event

• If your reception is also hosted at Spring Meadows, the fee is $800. If hosted off-site, the fee is $1,200.

  The fee includes the setup of white garden chairs and use of golf carts for portraits.

Meals (when priced separately)

• $28–45/person

• Buffet and plated menus include salad, choice of entrées with vegetable and starch, warm rolls & butter, coffee, tea, lemonade, and soft drinks.

  Bar packages range from $26-39/ per person for 5-hour service.

Service Charge or Gratuity

• 20%
