Rental Fee

The facility rental fee includes:
- 5 hours use of the Conservatory
- 2-3 hours use of a private green room prior to the event
- Assorted dining tables, boxwood cocktail tables, entry & cake tables, and Chiavari guest chairs
- Dance floor, hanging Italian lights, and a lounge
- On-site management during the event, plus setup and teardown

Ceremony Fee
- $1,250/event
The ceremony fee includes:
- An additional hour in the Conservatory for the ceremony
- 1 -hour ceremony rehearsal
- Wood ceremony chairs and PA system
- Ceremony coordinator, plus setup and teardown
Food & Beverage Minimum
- $15,000–25,000/event
- Food & Beverage minimum varies depending on:
- Day of week

- 3-course duet menu
