Rental Fee

The rental fee includes:
- Space for the ceremony & reception
- Dressing suites
- Tables & chairs
- Carafes, water glasses, wine glasses, linen napkins, and tablecloths
- In-house décor and a boxwood greenery photo backdrop
- On-site coordinator, parking attendants, and bartenders
- And more!
Single day events start at $7,500 and include access 7am–midnight.
Three day events start at $8,500 and include access Friday 2–9pm for setup and rehearsal, Saturday 7am–midnight for the event, and Sunday 9–11am for removal of personal belongings.
Add on catered morning refreshments, hors d'oeuvres, and dinner to a one-day package for a total of $14,500.
