Intimate All-Inclusive Packages
From November–April, Greencrest Manor offers an exclusive, all-inclusive wedding package for up to 18 guests that includes a stay in eight well-appointed guest rooms. Pricing starts at $25,000.

Rental Fee
- $48,000/event and up
Single-day rentals start at $48,000 and include:
- Venue coordinator to be your point of contact and provide assistance on the wedding day
- Online wedding planning platform
- Two dressing suites and three additional suites for storage, changing, and freshening up
- Tables & chairs
- Linens, china tableware, flatware, and glassware

- Package prices vary depending on:

All-inclusive weekend weddings include:
- All of the amenities included with Single-Day Rentals plus
- Full access to the 15-acre estate 3pm Friday–11am on Sunday to accommodate all wedding weekend events
- Accommodations in the eight guest rooms in the Manor House for two nights
- Light breakfast & mimosas on Saturday morning for guests staying in the guest rooms
- Full brunch & mimosas on Sunday morning after the wedding for guests staying in the guests' rooms
- Nightly turndown service
Additional Info
Beverage packages range $50–65/person for a 4- or 5-hour hosted bar. $2,000 minimum for events over 100 guests.
Champagne toasts range $8–15/person, and soft bars start at $10/person.
