- Outdoor ceremony space with pergola and bench seating, plus a backup location
- Tables and seating for up to 200 dinner guests
- 200-amp electric service and back-up generator in the event of a loss of power
- Patios with outdoor seating areas
- On-site handicap accessible restrooms
- Dance floor, bar and staging area for caterers
- Janitorial services
- Lighted parking lot with drop off/pick up area for guests with mobility challenges
