Rental Fee

The rental fee includes:
- Weekend property rental with use of all outbuildings (Friday at noon to Sunday at noon)
- Bridal staging area & groom's area for the weekend
- Wedding arbor and bench seating, plus access to on-site props
- Venue coordination, bar service management and staff, and parking attendants
- Use of a 4-seat electric golf cart for the weekend

Additional Info
Estimated pricing for dinner & appetizers from preferred caterers is $30–40/person, with full bar for 100 guests approximately $1,500. There is also a service fee of $4/person ($500 minimum).
