Rental Fee

The rental fee includes:
- Weekend property rental with use of all outbuildings (Friday noon–Sunday noon)
- Sperry tent with sides, perimeter lighting, and heating
- Bridal suite & groom's shed for preparation
- Dining tables, farmhouse tables, padded chairs, linens, and setup & teardown
- Venue coordination, bar service management and staff, parking attendants, and staffing for rehearsal dinner (if desired)
- Use of a 4-seat electric golf cart for the weekend
- Seasonal fruit water bar & coffee service

Additional Info
Estimated pricing for dinner & appetizers from preferred caterers is $30–40/person, with full bar for 100 guests approximately $1,500. There is also a service fee of $4/person ($500 minimum).
