Rental Fee

• $8,800–11,000/event
• Rental fee varies depending on:

• Only one event is booked per weekend to provide a truly personalized, custom experience. There is no food and beverage minimum.

  The reception fee ranges $8,800–11,000 and includes: 

  • 7-hour event time, plus 3 hours for setup & cleanup
  • Day-of event manager and attendant, plus a team planning meeting with up to 10 hours of planning tim
  • Use of the Great Barn, Peony Rooms, Old Back House, indoor & outdoor bar areas, outdoor Grass Courtyard, game room, East-Meets-West Barn, equestrian barn, and Sunset Fields
  • Soft seating, tables & chairs, and catering and 20'x40' tents
  • Free parking
  • Optional complimentary add-ons including guest favors, water service, lighting, 4-legged VIP care, marquis LOVE letters, warm towel service, and more!

  Rental of the high-peaked tent ranges $3,500–5,500 and is required for guest counts over 80.

Ceremony Fee

• $1,000–1,500/event

• The ceremony fee includes:

  • Additional hour of event time in your choice of ceremony site
  • 2-hour rehearsal with snacks and drinks
  • Fully decorated ceremony space, with floral arches, aisle topiaries, and white garden chairs, plus a tent for a weather backup
  • Use of the dressing quarters with get-ready drinks and hors d'oeuvres for the wedding parties
  • Pre-ceremony beverages for guests
