- Exquisite European-inspired gardens and architecture exude fairy-tale romance. Have your ceremony in the Italian Gardens, or on the lawn overlooking the half-mile-long Grand Allée, with sweeping views to the sea. For the cocktail hour, you have exclusive use of the Allée Terrace in addition to the first floor of The Great House, where guests can mingle throughout the historic mansion.
- Dinner is served in a beautiful high-peaked tent, positioned adjacent to the mansion, just off the ballroom's East Terrace. As they dine and dance, guests will enjoy the estate's breathtaking landscape throughout the evening. An inn on the property is available for overnight accommodations.

Rental Fee
- $24,000–30,000/event
The rental fee includes:
- 5.5-hour event time, including 30-minute ceremony (6–11:30pm)
- Access to the hospitality suites at 4:30pm
- Exclusive use of the Grand Allée or Italian Garden for the ceremony and, the Grand Allée, North Terrace, and Mansion's first floor for cocktail hour
- High-peaked sailcloth reception tent with lighting, tables, and chairs
- Staff liaison for day-of assistance and vendor coordination
- Trustees Membership for the wedding couple
An additional hour of event time is $2,000.
