Rental Fee

• $24,000–30,000/event

• The rental fee includes:

  • 5.5-hour event time, including 30-minute ceremony (6–11:30pm)
  • Access to the hospitality suites at 4:30pm
  • Exclusive use of the Grand Allée or Italian Garden for the ceremony and, the Grand Allée, North Terrace, and Mansion's first floor for cocktail hour
  • High-peaked sailcloth reception tent with lighting, tables, and chairs
  • Staff liaison for day-of assistance and vendor coordination
  • Trustees Membership for the wedding couple

  An additional hour of event time is $2,000.

Ceremony Fee

• $1,000–2,500/event
• Ceremony fee varies depending on:
  • Space reserved

• The ceremony fee includes:

  • 30-minute ceremony
  • Early arrival for the wedding party
  • Ceremony coordination
  • White garden chairs

  • Round dining tables, Chiavari chairs, and full-length ivory pebble linens/napkins
