Rental fees include:
- 5.5-hour rental of the venue, plus access 3 hours prior for vendors
- Exclusive use of the front porch, kitchen, front lawn, and beachfront
- Dance floor
- Custom-designed porch side coverings
- Dressing suite
- Wedding coordinator, police detail, parking attendants
Tables & chairs are an additional cost, but may be rented through the venue for a discounted price. Food & beverage costs are also additional.
