- It began life in 1912 as the Strand Theater—and one of the nation’s first all-cement structures—and has now been lovingly renovated by its new owners to preserve its historic charm while adding state-of-the-art amenities.
- With soaring ceilings that range from 30–50 feet, exposed brick and ductwork, and countless vintage details, the space has a dramatic, industrial-chic vibe, but maintains the flexibility to suit a host of design styles.
- It’s an easy drive from Boston, with more than 30 hotels within five miles and multiple churches and temples nearby if you’re interested in a traditional ceremony. A pretty city park is just a few blocks away, and makes a lovely spot for photos.
