Rental Fee
- $5,000–9,800/event
- Rental fee varies depending on:
- Day of week
The rental fee includes:
- Exclusive access to the grounds, and the mansion's first floor (including the foyer, drawing room, dining room, and veranda) and second floor (3 changing rooms)
- Access to the venue 2 hours prior for wedding party photos
- Ceremony rehearsal (if needed)
- Sailcloth tent with clear side walls, lighting, dance floor, and heating as needed
- Tables and fruitwood chairs
Venue fees are $5,000 Mondays–Thursdays, $8,200 Fridays & Sundays, and $9,800 Saturdays and holidays.
A Family Membership to Danvers Historical Society required to rent the venue.
Meals (when priced separately)
All catering is provided by Vinwood Caterers, who also provide linens and tableware.
