Rental Fee

Rental fees include:
- Exclusive 5-hour use of the Farm Neck event area, including the Club Room, Back Porch, brick patios, and four non-gender-specific restrooms
- Ceremony lawn and arbor
- Use of two indoor spaces with a private bar during cocktail hour
- 46'x85' Sperry pole tent with bistro lighting
- Complimentary food & wine tasting for two
- Venue coordinator to assist with planning details and day-of coordination
- Free non-valet parking
- Setup & cleanup
- All staffing
There is a minimum guest count of 95 for weddings.
An additional hour may be added for $2,000/hour. Tables, chairs, linens, glassware, florals, catering, and tax + gratuity are not included in rental pricing.
Ceremony Fee
- $1,200/event
A tent rental is required if hosting your ceremony at Farm Neck.
Meals (when priced separately)
- $130–165/person
Menu pricing includes a first course, buffet or plated entrées, and cake cutting & service. Hors d'oeuvres and coffee & tea are priced separately.
5-hour open bar packages range $87–110/person. Consumption bar is also available.
