Rental Fee

The rental fee includes:
- 5.5-hour rental time, including 30-minute ceremony (5:30–11pm)
(Sunday rentals are for a 5-hour event, 4–9pm) - Access to the hospitality suites 2 hours prior to event time
- Use of the Sculpture Terrace and gallery spaces for ceremony & cocktail hour
- Sailcloth reception tent with clear sides and bistro string lighting (May–October events)
- Inventory of tables, ceremony chairs, and dance floor, subject to selected location and guest count
- Staff liaison for day-of assistance and vendor coordination
- Trustees Membership for the wedding couple
