- A traditional New England gentleman’s farm and orchard, this idyllic spot has been lovingly stewarded by the same family for over 40 years. Open to the public for seasonal apple-picking and as a wonderful event venue, it’s an option that’s both beautiful and convenient, as it’s less than 20 miles from central Boston.
- The stunning Sperry Tent allows you to celebrate outdoors in elegant comfort—it features soaring peaks, romantic lighting, and side panels that can be installed in the event of inclement weather. Permanent paved flooring gives you the option to add a large dance floor, too
- Welcome guests to the mansion’s elegant first floor, where you’ll find original carved millwork, inviting fireplaces, and a layout that creates fantastic flow throughout the home’s gracious rooms. Upstairs, two spacious dressing suites offer plenty of room for your day-of preparations.

The rental fee includes:
- 5-hour exclusive use of the venue, lawns, and grounds
- Custom Sperry tent with natural sailcloth canopy, bistro lighting, concrete floor, fans & tent heaters, and floor-length clear panels for inclement weather
- Two private dressing suites in the Estate House from 4 hours prior to the ceremony until 10pm
- Choice of ceremony location set with white chairs (wooden arbor available for additional cost)
- Luxury climate-controlled restroom trailer with covered walkway to the tent
- Wood dance floor, round and cocktail tables, and Chiavari and garden chairs
- Adirondack chairs and lawn games
- Day-of coordination
- Parking for 85 vehicles and convenient circular driveway near tent entrance
- Optional add-on items including farm tables, cross back chairs, lounge furniture, whiskey barrel tables, and more!
