Rental Fee
- $7,500/event and up
Fridays–Sundays and holidays require a full buyout of both the Winslow room and the Trainshed; on weekdays, the spaces may be reserved separately.
All rentals include:
- 4-hour event, plus 3 hours for setup & 1 hour for breakdown
- Use of the Lobby and cocktail areas
- On-site wedding suite available an hour prior to the event (best for touch-ups)
- Bentwood chairs and dinner & cocktail tables
- Pet-friendly for ceremony and photos!
