The Package with Accommodations averages $50,000 for up to 65 guests and includes:

- Custom menu tasting & wine pairing prior to the wedding day (the venue coordinates the contracted vendors to be invited on this day to talk through the entire wedding day while the couple is on site)
- Farewell brunch (up to 65 guests plus the wedding couple)
- Rehearsal dinner & rehearsal (up to 30 guests)
- Lodging for the wedding weekend in the Bungalows, Chester Cottage (sleeps up to 20 guests), Corsica Cottage (sleeps up to 16 guests), and Wye Cottage (sleeps up to 12 guests)
