  • Round, banquet, and high-top tables, and Chiavari & black folding chairs
  • Free parking along public roadways, plus signage for parking & directions
  • On-site liaison to answer day-of questions

  Setup & teardown time is an additional cost, priced at $250/hour. Most couples need three hours total, but this varies.

  Includes use of the Ballroom & Drawing Room.

  Medium Indoor/Outdoor Events | 100 guests | $800–2,100
  Includes use of the entire First Floor (Ballroom, Drawing Room, Parlour, and additional restored rooms), and the wrap-around South Porch.

  Large Indoor/Outdoor Events | 200 guests | $2,350
  Includes use of the entire First Floor (Ballroom, Drawing Room, Parlour, and additional restored rooms), the wrap-around South Porch, and the Mansion Lawn. Available April–October and Friday–Sunday only.
