Elopements range $1,000–2,000 for up to 30 guests and include:
- Five hours of reserved time: one for setup, three for your celebration, and one for cleanup
- Exclusive access to the first floor of the farmhouse, patio, and surrounding grounds
- Food service tables and ceremony chairs for up to 30 guests
- Event amenities, including arches, easels, fans, and audiovisual equipment
- Two Swan Harbor Farm staff members for event and grounds support

Available off-season, midweek, and on select Fridays and Sundays. Additional event hours are $200/hour during the indoor season and $400/hour during the outdoor season. Four additional setup hours may be added for $1,000.

Additional event hours are $500/hour Monday–Thursday and $750/hour Friday–Sunday for the farmhouse and tent, and $200/hour during the indoor season or $400/hour during the outdoor season for farmhouse-only weddings. Four additional setup hours may be added for $1,000.
Weddings with 101–150 guests are an additional $250, and weddings with 151 or more guests are an additional $500.
