The rental fee includes:
- 8 hours of event time (excluding setup and cleanup time)

- Ceremony site with white padded chairs, wine barrel décor, a pergola, a stone aisle, and a gorgeous vine tunnel
- Cocktail hour & reception in the Tuscan Villa and portico
- Dining & banquet tables, Chiavari chairs, and dance floor
The Hilltop Pavilion can host up to 60 guests, with tables & chairs and time for setup & cleanup. Prices include a flat fee of $750 plus an hourly fee, which ranges $200–275/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
