  • Navy Point | $12,500
    Accommodates 250 guests. Includes use of the upper at lower waterfront At Play On the Bay decks or grassy area by the Tolchester Beach Bandstand for cocktails. The Small Boat Shed may be added ($250 for cocktails, $500 for ceremony).

    Small Boat Shed | $11,500
    Accommodates 100 seated and 200 standing. Rehearsal dinners are $4,250 when booked with a wedding, or $6,250 when booked independently.

    Fogg's Landing | $9,750
    Accommodates 200 guests. Includes access to the decks around the Steamboat Building and a private entrance through the Milk House gate.

    Van Lennep Auditorium | $3,750
    Accommodates 70 seated and 150 standing. Rehearsal dinners are $2,250 when booked with a wedding, or $3,250 when booked independently.
