Rental Fee

  Wedding pricing is comprised of a venue rental fee + meal pricing.

  The rental fee includes exclusive use of the entire property, including locations for your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, a Garden Cottage for the wedding couple, and use of a suite in the Carriage House for wedding party prep.
  

  Small Weddings | up to 35 guests | $2,500 venue rental
  Weddings | up to 75 guests| $3,500 venue rental
  

Meals (when priced separately)

• $100–150/person

• Menus include passed hors d'oeuvres, bread & butter, salad and/or soup, and a plated or buffet dinner. Bar pricing is additional and charged by consumption: hosted or cash bars available.

  Small wedding menus range $100–150/person; larger weddings start at $150/person.

• All 15 rooms at the Bradley Inn must be rented by the wedding party/guests for the required minimum nights typical of the season. Lodging includes a full breakfast!
