Rental Fee
- $7,500/event
The rental fee includes 2 nights of venue access, with the option to host a welcome party or rehearsal dinner on the first night at no additional cost.
It also includes access to the entire 12-acre property, encompassing the barn, deck, lawn, pasture, Dining Room, screened porch, covered Forno outside oven and patio, a bar area, and a fire pit on the back lawn. Serving tables, lounge furniture, and antique urns and vessels are also available to use.
Room fees are additional, and paid by guests.
