The Long Weekend Wedding package starts at $17,000 and include:
- Access to the property 5am Thursday–1pm Sunday
- Ceremony along the water, Plateaus for rehearsal dinner & cocktail hour, and reception on the hill overlooking the bay
- Access to the private residence for wedding party prep (with separate areas/entrances/restrooms for each party)
- Honeymoon cottage on the water, with a waterfront-view soaking tub
- Four on-site guest cabins, accommodating up to 16 guests total
- Sailcloth tent with clear walls & bistro lighting, and clear-top tent for ceremony rain plan
- Outdoor kitchen for caterers and cabin guests
- Hardwood dining tables, white Chiavari chairs, white ceremony chairs, two bars, and dance floor
- Round-trip schoolbus-style shuttle from area hotels in Bangor or Belfast
- Golf cart for guest transportation and ample on-site parking with attendants
The Weekday Wedding package is $9,000 and includes property access from 8am–11am (one overnight) and no hotel shuttles; other amenities listed above are included. Available Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday only.
