The Shoulder Season Weekend & Peak Season Weekend packages range $15,000–18,000 and include:
- Access to the property 9am Friday–1pm Sunday
- Access to the 4,000sq ft private residence for the wedding party the day of the wedding (with separate areas/entrances/restrooms for each party)
- Honeymoon cottage on the water with overnight access for two on Friday & Saturday
- Four on-site guest cabins, accommodating up to 16 guests on Friday & Saturday
- Reception tent with window walls & bistro lighting
- Hardwood dining tables, white Chiavari chairs, and white ceremony chairs
- Dance floor
- Golf cart for guest transportation
The Full Experience package is $23,000 and includes everything in the packages above PLUS:
- Property access beginning Thursday
- Round-trip shuttle to guests' hotel in Belfast, Searsport, or Bangor
- Day-of coordination services
The Shoulder Season Weekend package is available May & October; the Peak Season Weekend & The Full Experience packages are available June–September.
