- Exclusive use of the property 3pm Friday–11am Sunday
- Overnight lodgings in the 2-bedroom stone cottage and Airstream trailer (sleeps 6)
- Private wedding parlor cottage suite
- Use of the Lavender Drying House/Barn
- Waterfront ceremony site with custom arbor
- Post-and-beam covered farmer's porch and river-view patio
- Clear-top 40' x 100' structure on the event lawn, plus a catering tent
- Farm tables and cushioned cross-back chairs
- On-site field parking for 50 vehicles and attendant
For weddings over 75 guests, a minimum wedding budget of $50,000 is typically required.
