Nothing says "Maine" like a traditional lobster bake! Live Well Farm's owners are also the owners of Cook's Lobster & Ale House on Bailey Island, on the other side of Harpswell, so they're equipped to bring a lobster bake to you at the Farm, or host your rehearsal dinner at their seaside restaurant!

Rental Fee
- $9,000–15,000/event
- Rental fee varies depending on:
- Package chosen
The rental fee includes:
- Exclusive use of the Barn, grounds, and ceremony site for the allotted time
- Multiple event spaces, including the Barn, Apple Orchard, Gazebo, and Shack
- Sailcloth tent set adjacent to the ceremony garden
- Parking for up to 40 cars
- Fire pit and field games
- In-house day-of coordinator for additional fee (or opt for another licensed coordinator)
One Day Rental | $9,000 (without tent) – $12,000 (with tent)
Includes exclusive access 9am–11pm., and a suite in the Farmhouse bedroom for getting ready. Ideal for weddings under 70 people.Weekend Rental | $15,000
Includes exclusive access from 4pm Thursday–noon Sunday, plus use of the 1840 Farmhouse with overnight accommodations for 11 people. You're welcome to host auxiliary events (rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch) as well.
