Rental Fee
- $12,500/event
Rental fees include:
- Use of the resort accommodations and amenities for the weekend (Friday 4pm-Sunday at 10am) for 135 or more guests
- Year-round venue coordinator
- Premium accommodations for the wedding couple
- Buffet breakfast for all guests
- Use of the West Lodge from 9–11pm after an on-site rehearsal dinner, and 10pm–midnight following the reception
- Picnic tables, benches, and gingham tablecloths for the rehearsal dinner
- Tables, chairs, linens, flatware, china, and stemware
- Setup, takedown, and staffing for all events
Pricing applies to Saturday and holiday events; inquire for alternative dates.

Minimums apply to wedding day catering only (beverage packages and rehearsal dinners are not included).
Meals (when priced separately)
- $160/person and up
Wedding menu pricing starts at $160++/person, and includes stationary fruit & cheese display, passed hors d'oeuvres, Prosecco toast, and a dinner.
Bar service is additional, and ranges $75–85/person for 5 hours.
Rehearsal dinner and afterparty food & beverage pricing is separate.
Additional Info
An automatic 15% gratuity on food & beverage is applied for staff members, as well as a 20% service charge.
All food & beverage and service charges are subject to an 8% Maine state sales tax.
