Rental Fee

• $16,000/event

• Site fees include a 5-hour event time, access to the Ceremony
  Garden and the Event Barn & Lawn, a chef's tent and equipment, restroom facilities, fruitwood Chiaviari chairs, and round and farmhouse-style tables.

  Tent rentals are required for guest counts over 80.

  Full property buyouts for guest counts up to 200 are available for limited dates in May, June, September, or October. Buyouts include exclusive use of the resort, including 20 Bungalows, 16 Cottages, and 10 new Treetop Lodges, for a full weekend.

  A buyout of the Earth restaurant is available to full property buyout guests with a site fee of $5,000 and a $20,000 food & beverage minimum.

  Partial property buyouts are available for up to 125 guests, with a more flexible guest room commitment.

Ceremony Fee

• $2,000/event

• The ceremony fee includes a birchwood arbor and 80 fruitwood Chiaviari chairs.

Food & Beverage Minimum

• $16,000–25,000/event
• Food & Beverage minimum varies depending on:

Additional Info

• Guest room commitments vary depending on the date and availability, but typically require a 2-night minimum stay.

  During July & August, limited guest rooms are available and require a 3-night minimum stay. Events must end at 9pm during these months.
