  • Use of the property all day on the wedding day
  • Access to the Farmhouse and private guest rooms for 6 hours prior to the ceremony
  • Overnight lodging in the Farmhouse + space for guests to camp (Joy & Love Packages only)
  • Farm tables & chairs, plus setup & breakdown (in-house items only)
  • Lawn games, fire pit, and bench seating
  • On-site parking
  • Covered catering facilities and four 10x10 pop-up catering tents

  Whimsy Package | $5,000
  Available Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday for up to 100 guests. Includes all of the above.

  Bliss Package | $8,500
  Available Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Includes all of the above.

  Joy Package | $10,250
  Available Friday through Sunday. Includes everything in the Bliss Package, PLUS access to the property the day prior and day following the wedding, and all-day use of the entire facility until midnight on the wedding day.

  Love Package | $11,000–11,500
  Available Friday through Sunday. Includes everything in the Joy Package, PLUS an overnight stay in the Farmhouse on Saturday evening and space for guests to camp on-site (no RVs). Add $500 to add a Friday night stay.
  

Additional Info

• A planner or day-of coordinator is required for all events.

  In-house coordination may be booked at a rate of $2,000, with additional planning and management available for $3,900–4,000.
