Weekend weddings include exclusive use of the property from 3pm Thursday-noon on Sunday, and include:
- 3-night stay in the Loft (sleeps 2)
- Beechwood Dressing Suite for getting ready
- Oak Grove ceremony site, set with timber frame arbor and benches
- Bluestone patio with cocktail tables and twinkle-lit outdoor gathering areas
- East Field (tented dinner and lawn games), Carriage Barn (cocktails), and climate-controlled Barn
- Handcrafted farm tables, silver café chairs, whiskey barrel table, wood serving bar, back bar tables, and setup of all furniture
- Covered catering and designated food truck area, with separate entrance and parking for vendors
- On-site lit parking area for 75 vehicles
- Beech Hill Barn staff, recycling coordination, and garbage disposal
Add-on the Modern Barnhouse (sleeps 16), the Cottage (sleeps 6) and/or the 1832 Farmhouse (sleeps 10)

This package includes everything in the basic package, and also includes 3-night lodging for up to 34 guests.
