Rental Fee

  • 3-hour event time (additional time is $250/hour)
  • Wedding coordinator and private waiter for couple and parents
  • Champagne toast for wedding party
  • Knife and server set, plus cutting and service
  • Buffet boxes for the couple and parents upon departure, and a wedding gift for the couple
  • Tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, glassware, and setup & cleanup
  • Security guards (additional fee)

  Minimum catering requirements range $4,000–8,000++.

Ceremony Fee

• $400–450/event
• Ceremony fee varies depending on:
  • Day of week

• Ceremony fees include an additional half-hour for the ceremony, two changing rooms set with fruit, cheese, soft drinks, and water, a rehearsal, and a coordinator.

Meals (when priced separately)

• $40–80/person

• Menu pricing includes passed hors d'oeuvres and dinner. Bar packages range $14–24/person for the first three hours.
